Beyond normal office hours, technical assistance is available on Saturday from 12.30 to 14.30 and from 17.00 to 20.00, on Sunday from 11.30 to 14.00 and from 17.00 to 20.00 at a cost of € 30.00 + VAT for advice telephone for customers who do not have
